Hawthorn is part of the Massachusetts Immunization Information System (MIIS), a statewide system that keeps track of immunization records for you and your family, and helps your health care provider know when shots are due. You have access to these records as well. The system is secure and confidential and available for people of all ages. More information at mass.gov/dph/miis.
