Dr. Gularek is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has completed an Internal Medicine residency at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Harrisburg, PA, where he was Chief Internal Medicine Resident. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, American College of Osteopathic Internist, and American Osteopathic Association. Currently Dr Gularek is the Medical Director at Alden Court Nursing Care in Fairhaven, Careone New Bedford, and Sippican Healthcare Center In Marion.
