TELEPHONE SYSTEM UPDATE: After months of planning, Hawthorn Medical has introduced a new call routing system. Called Parlance, it is an AI-driven system that uses speech recognition to connect patients to the right provider or department. Patients calling the main number (508-996-399) will be prompted to say who they are trying to reach, and calls will be routed automatically. If the call is not answered by the department or if it is a complex issue, the call will go to an operator who can help.
