Gastroenterology
Dr. Retana earned her medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. She completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, where she was a research fellow for Clinical Decision Making. She completed her Gastroenterology and Hepatology fellowship at University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.
Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Retana has special interest in general Gastroenterology/Endoscopy, video capsule endoscopy and women’s health. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Russian.
