Dr. Miesner completed her undergraduate work at Concordia College in New York and received her Doctorate of Osteopathy from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri. She completed her Internal Medicine residency program with UMass Memorial Healthcare in Worcester. She is a member of the American Academy of Osteopathy, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association among others. Previously, Dr. Miesner practiced with HealthFirst Family Care Center in Fall River and in Tiverton at Primary Care Associates.

Dr. Miesner is offering an extra dimension to your health care through osteopathic manipulation treatment (OMT). Instead of just treating specific symptoms, osteopathic physicians concentrate on treating you as a whole by using manipulative therapy that incorporates the whole body.
