Family Medicine
Dr. Lewis is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston McGovern Medical School where she completed a residency in Family Medicine. She served as vice president of the Gold Humanism Honor Society at McGovern Medical School, whose mission is to recognize individuals who are exemplars of humanistic patient care and who can serve as role models, mentors, and leaders in medicine. Its members have a responsibility to model, support, and advocate for compassionate, patient-centered care throughout their careers.
Dr. Lewis is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association. She sees patients age 10 years and older through geriatrics and has special interest in adolescent, young adult, and LGBTQ+ health.
