As a result, for imaging services only, we are unable to accept credit card payments. We can accept cash or check payments for imaging services. If you have any questions, you can reach a patient account specialist at 508-961-2950. We will update this message once system access is restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Valet parking is available at this location. The Orthopedic Center is located on the first floor.

Insurance Card
Please bring your insurance card and photo ID to your first visit so that we have the correct information to bill your insurance.

Referrals
If your health insurance plan requires you to get a referral for a specialist visit, please be sure to contact your PCP in advance to request the referral.

Co-payments
It is our policy that co-payment is due at check-in. If you do not have your co-payment at the time of service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
