Cardiology

Dr. Paul G. Vivino is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston, MA. He completed his residency with Newton-Wellesley Hospital, Newton, MA. His cardiology fellowship and interventional cardiology fellowship was done at New England Deaconess Hospital, Boston, MA. Dr. Vivino is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.

Dr. Vivino performs cardiac catheterizations at St. Luke’s Hospital here in New Bedford and Saint Anne’s in Fall River. He performs cardiac catheterizations as well as coronary interventions (balloon angioplasty and stent placement) at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River. Dr. Vivino also performs permanent pacemaker insertions, and provides follow-up for pacemakers and other devices (defibrillators and implantable-loop recorders). Dr. Vivino’s practice is limited to cardiology, and predominantly limited to invasive cardiology. His practice is by referral only.
