Tara Morris graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Scranton. She earned her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University and completed her residency in Dermatology in San Diego. She became board certified by the American Board of Dermatology in 2012.
During residency, Dr. Morris served as the House Staff Council Chair, a committee representing over 200 residents, and received the first place award for resident research. She has more than five publications and has presented nationally at multiple meetings. Since residency, she acted as Vice Chair of the Medical Staff from 2012-2014 and continues to be a guest lecturer bi-monthly for residents at Brown University.
Dr. Morris specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with a variety of dermatologic conditions. Her passions include the early diagnosis of skin cancer and contact dermatitis. She remains active in a local dermatology journal club reviewing the latest literature in dermatology on a monthly basis. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, refinishing furniture and biking.
