First Floor
- Beautiful three-story entrance
- Central registration area for check-in
- Expanded Urgent Care Center
- Orthopedics Department
- Rehabilitation Services, featuring a larger area with natural light, private treatment areas, dedicated space for sports medicine treatment, and new cardio equipment
- Laboratory with six drawing stations. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–8:00 pm; Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm
- More spacious Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology with all new equipment for x-ray, 64-slice CT, MRI and ultrasound
Second Floor
- Bright and cheerful Pediatrics area with separate check-in and waiting areas
- Hawthorn Obstetrics & Gynecology in their own area near the Women’s Diagnostic Center
- New Women’s Diagnostic Center has separate registration and waiting areas and features private mammography area, breast ultrasound, OB ultrasound and bone density testing
Third Floor
- Central registration area for check-in
- All Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians
