About our practice
Hawthorn Medical Associates was founded in 1970 by two local physicians, Dr. Clinton Levin and Dr. Thomas Zipoli. Their vision was to provide a higher level of care for their patients while bringing physician specialists and services to the community that were not available at the time.
In the more than 50 years that have followed, this medical practice has continued to grow and now includes more than 150 of the area’s most respected physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. These providers represent 20 medical specialties and are supported by state-of-the-art laboratory, diagnostic imaging services and specialty services.
