Opened in 2006, this 97,600 square-foot building was specially designed to optimize patient comfort and convenience while providing physicians and staff an environment to better coordinate patients' care.

The goal of moving to this new facility was to allow providers and staff to give patients comprehensive medical care in one location. The Hawthorn Ambulatory Surgery Center and the Endoscopy Center are both located here. Allergy, hearing, diabetes management along with the Coumadin Clinic, Sleep Center and therapy services are also located within the building.

The facility's Diagnostic Imaging Center offers quick and convenient access for x-rays. With an all-digital system, images are stored on a Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). PACS allows physicians involved in a patient's care to electronically view images from anywhere.
