Opened in 2006, this 94,300 square-foot building was specially designed to optimize patient comfort and convenience while providing physicians and staff an environment to better coordinate patients' care.

The goal of moving to this new facility was to allow providers and staff to give patients comprehensive medical care in one location. The Hawthorn Cancer Center and the Endoscopy Center are both located here. They each have a separate entrance and waiting area. Allergy, hearing and diabetes management services along with the Coumadin Clinic and the Orthopedic & Arthritis Center are also located within the building.

The facility's Diagnostic Imaging Center offers quick and convenient access for x-rays. Two x-ray rooms use an all-digital system that provides excellent image quality without having to process film. X-rays images are stored on a Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), a web-based system that allows for electronic viewing. Providers involved in a patient's care are given access to a secure web site where images are archived.

There are two areas within the center where trailers can be attached to the building to offer additional services such as MRI and CT-Scan. All other types of imaging tests (ultrasound, CT scan, digital mammography and nuclear medicine) are done at the 237A State Road site.
